We are looking for a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary business contact for strategic clients and be responsible for their satisfaction and growth.

What’s the Job?

  • Build customer relationships, and act as the primary point of contact during the post-sales cycle

  • Manage and optimize clients’ campaigns and UA budgets

  • Guarantee successful delivery of our services per customers’ needs and objectives

  • Collaborate with our Sales & clients teams to understand client KPI to ensure the success of the client campaigns

  • Constantly pursue new business and account growth opportunities

  • Influence the company’s strategy: product, service and other go-to-market aspects

 

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Client Management experience in a performance marketing company

• Experience working with B2B international clients at large scales

• Service-oriented

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented

• B.A. in Business Management/Communications/economy or any other related field
