We are looking for a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary business contact for strategic clients and be responsible for their satisfaction and growth.

What’s the Job?

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted long-lasting relationships with clients

  • Ensure regular two-way communication between the clients and the company, representing each side’s goals and interests

  • Guarantee successful delivery of our services per customers’ needs and objectives

  • Manage and optimize clients’ campaigns and UA budgets

  • Work closely with the internal teams to ensure campaign targets are met

  • Constantly pursue new business and account growth opportunities

  • Influence the company’s strategy: product, service and other go-to-market aspects

 

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Client Management experience in a performance marketing company

  • Experience working with B2B international clients at large scales

  • Experience in managing Facebook and Google campaigns – an advantage

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)

  • Service-oriented

  • Strong business acumen and excellent negotiation skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • B.A. in Business Management/Communications/economy or any other related field
